Come along as we open up a tin box of freshness. When going out to restaurants, finishing your dinner, or even heading out to last minute plans, this tin box will be your best friend at hand. Who needs a toothbrush for fresh breath when you've got this? The refreshing taste this confection leaves in your mouth is nothing compared to regular old gum! So, don't forget your tin box when going out.

This piece of freshness meets you in the middle. It has both a bitter- yet a sweet taste! The cracking and popping of the plastic wrapper surrounding the tin box only makes you more impatient as it is quite the struggle to tear off. The screeching of your nails on the aluminum worsens it! The true satisfaction comes within the final POP as you open the tin. It forces you to take in the spicy, but sweet scent that comes flowing out. It is just like when you walk past a bakery and the smell of freshly baked cookies catches your attention.  This has circled around me for a couple of months now. The struggles of being a college student athlete are real and challenging. From anyone else's point of view, it doesn't sound too bad. Sometimes it isn't but when it does catch up, it tends to impact a lot. There are many pros and cons of being a student athlete, and each side has a great effect on us. Many athletes wake up and go to practice, the important part of this is, are they eating a proper breakfast beforehand? Are they hydrating and getting the right amount of sleep to function well the next day? Are they putting themselves first and taking care of their body after practice?
